In my other MSTP interviews, other interviewees commented that they haven't heard anything yet from Stanford (among other schools), so I wouldn't worry just yet.

stanford has several different waitlist categories. the highest is the group of people who interview late, whom they would have accepted had they not hit their acceptance limit. these people are the first ones they go to for the waitlist, and they are guaranteed a spot in the following year's class if they want one.Oct 20, 2020. Not as much of a home field advantage when it comes to matching (almost half Harvard people stay at Harvard hospitals for residency) Not as many research powerhouse hospitals as Harvard.
